How To Stop Hunger Pain
When your belly is rumbing and craving something to eat,it's harder to make healthy food choices. Learning to control hunger pain is a very important step in achieving permanent weightloss.
Are you hungry or are you thirsty?
As insane as it may sound, we sometimes confuse feelings of thirst with being hungry! The next time you think you're hungry,pause for a moment and see if you might be thirsty instead. Try drinking a glass of water and see if you are still hungry.
Drown That Hunger!
Following up on the first tip,water drowns hunger-fast. Not only is drinking more water great for your over-all good health,it is an excellent way to control your hunger. If you want to tam a hunger attack try drinking a fullbglass of water. More likely than not,your desire to eat has been signifigantly decreased.
Eat More Frequently!
Man! This is a tough one,aint it? You definitely don't have to twist my arm to get me to eat more!! Instead of stuffing your pie hole with three big meals a day,try eating six smaller meals a day. Having more meals during the day helps to keep you satisfied from one meal to the next. It only stands to reason,right? Instead of waiting 3 or 4 hours til your next meal,you will satisfy the desire to eat something more frequently which help you fight off feeling hungry and actually satisfies you emotionally as well.
